An Average Day
But first here are some stats: height: 5'8" weight 145 max bench: 150 max squat: never tried anything over 200 bicep(L): 12 1/4 (R):12 1/2 forearm(L): 11 forearm(R): 11 calf(L)15 (R): 14 1/2 thigh(L): 18 (R): 17 1/2 chest: 35 i have just started to lift. I will post my progress every month or so. Just for the record, I am a 15 year old male just so you know.
