Thanks guys! Just trying to measure my progress, strength and measurements. Which reminds me, I have to take my measurements! lol....
STRENGTH GOALS --------------------- Squat: 485 (was my max in 1994) Leg press: happy with it!! bench: 365 (345 my max in 1994) dumbbell: 150 (130 my max in 1994) deadlift: I have to START doing these!!! |

Deadlift update: Did them on 12/23/01.
Did 135 for 12, 185 for 10, 225 for 8, 275 for 6. Don't know what my max (1 rep) is yet. Want to do these for at least 2 months before I check my max. |

[img]graemlins/images/icons/cool.gif[/img] Problem with me, I'm a glutton for punishment. I take off for a while, then when I start doing weights again, I am crippled! LOL I guess I will never learn. I just LOVE lifting heavy, wouldn't have it any other way.
