Weight: 330 lbs Height: 6'1" Age: 36 BF% 34.2 (Which means I have app. 217 lbs of LBM) Bi's/Tri's: 18.25 in Forarms: 15.5 Neck: 19 Chest: 56 Waist: 58 (at navel) Quads: 27 Calves: 22 Current routine: Monday Chest Tuesday Arms Wednesday Off Thursday Legs Friday Back/Lats/Traps Saturday Cardio/Shoulders Sunday Off Notes: 1: Have been losing steadily since July. app. 1.5 puounds every 2 weeks. (wish it were faster) 2: Supplementing with: Whey Protein, Chromium Picolonate, B complex, Whole food Multi, Xenadrine right before I work out, Udo's Blend in my prot. shakes. 3: Biggest downfall right now is controlling cravings for sugar. ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! 4: Can manage most days to get in 4 meals a day. Still striving for six. 5: I can see some major changes in my musculature, just wanting to get rid of the gut. Oh well, thats why they call it training.

That sounds fantastic, and 1.5 pounds loss, to me signifies that you are losing essentially pure fat because you are being cautious. As a bodybuilder, a loss like that will spell out a serious change in your body within the next year.
People who lose weight too fast end out losing to much LBM. As for sugar cravings, try slowing down digestion with more veggies

Haven't updated in a while.
Body fat down about 1% Darnya u Holidays..... Seeing big strength gains. Went up on everything.... Am squatting 325 now FINALLY getting a good pump on the chest.... Sore EVERY time I work out. That is good. The intensity is getting more intense!! (profound, huh.... [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img] Sugar cravings are getting better (i.e. not as bad) Still need to tweak the diet some more. I cheat too much still. Not satisfied with that. Body recomposition plan is working slowly, but it is working. till next time.....
