Default Recipes you won\'t try again too soon......

To make my plain Oatmeal alittle bit more interesting in the mornings, I decided to mix in my Strawberry flavour 'Promax' powder while cooking. All I can say about this combination is that it was sooooooo dry I had to throw it away. I managed to consume half a bowl before I gave up first. Gross.

If anyone was to try this, I would recommend putting in at least double the amount of milk/water before going anywhere near it.

You should have saved me the other half.
It would have been my pleasure to finish it for you.

Well what i do to make my plain oatmeal taste better is.

I use soy milk, and put like 2 chunks of penut butter on top of it, and i heat it in the microwave, then when the penut butter is hot, just mix it with the rest of the oatmeal.

Is soy milk high in simple carbs ??

Next time mix up the shake with water first then add SOME of it to the oatmeal + a little more water, then drink the rest of the shake and nuke the oatmeal
