oh my god.. I am eating.. my newly discovered heavinly pancakes [img]images/icons/laugh.gif[/img] I HAD TO FIND A WAY TO GET THAT %(#&%#@(& OATMEAL IN HERE [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img] sooo we take a bowl.. add lots and lots and lots of oatmeal.. a couple of eggs.. some skim milk.. a tablespoon (maybe 2.. maybe 3..) peanutbutter.. and some sugar (I know.. it's EV!L.. but I'm on a bulk.. and tonight I don't care about any insulin spikes [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] ) pam yer pan and ENJOY!

hmmm. this sounds risky but I'll try it
did you use slow cook or quick oatmeal? and did you blend it first for just stir by hand?

I tried your pancakes and they weren't that bad. I added some cinnomon, and sliced bananas over top. They really taste good with the peanut butter

no, I just soaked it in the milk and eggs for 10 minutes. and I used the quick kind. I don't think the 10 minute oatmeal would be good unless you use a blender (which I didn't).
