Hi Stam!

According to my handheld, a 3.5 oz chicken breast (99 grams or half a breast) has 27 g of protein. Sorry, I don't know about the Chinese Chicken Rice since it would have other ingredients too.

Often we Americans have a snack before sleeping. We call it a "bedtime snack." A common snack is icecream or cookies. Nothing as healthful as what you are having. Now, I have switched to having a protein drink before bed. I am drinking it right now...

Killer is right Stam. I just found it. There is a calorie counter in the magazine for the month of March.
