Default How to get that round, ball shaped bicep.

I was wondering wat exercises will give me that perfectly round, ball-shape bicep. I feel like my biceps arent where they should be with all the training i put into them. Can anyone help?

Concentration curls and cable curls will help with the biceps peak(height). Alternating DB curls and heavy BB curls will add mass like no other. Preacher curls and incline curls will add mass to that area by your elbow. Good Luck and I hope it helps.

You gotta get versitle with the arms constant change try super-sets, negatives Do a search here in abc under workouts you will find good routines for arms... But remember for overall size in the bicep you gotta do straight barbell curls in good form.. thats key dawg...

I heard doing dumbbell curls works, but instead of making ur knuckles facing out, have them face in with you palms facing out. Is there a name for this lift?

acually those are reverse curls. they work your forearm as well as bicep. in hammers you palms face eachother...reverse, palms face floor.

Basically pound your biceps from as many angles as possible - they'll have no option but to grow!!!

LOL
