Mistyped title! Venom, Jacob, need your input!
So an associate of mine recently got a job as a trainer at a box gym, I think an LA fitness. Either way, her lead fitness director is telling her that bench press destroys female breast tissue and to only do incline bench, but this sounds like utter and complete rubbish. Myself and other trainers think that this would only add more bulk to the breasts, maybe even making them appear perkier, as spot training aside from a few modalities mixed with hormone control doesn't exist. I would like confirmation though, or if I'm wrong, a study that supports it. Cheers.

I am not Venom or Prez, obviously, but I am married and my wife, age 34, has never looked better. In particular, her breasts are perkier now than they were 7 or 8 years ago before she started doing pushups and resistance training. Hope that's not too much info, but I believe women should definitely not shy away from resistance training.

Yes there is NO data that lifting weights will negatively effect breast tissue.
