Is there anything similar to peanuts that aren't as fatty or calorie dense but have a similar amount of protein? I mean similar as in convenience like something I can bring to school as a snack.

why would you want something less calorie dense? and less fat? bearing in mind the fats in peanuts are mainly mono and polyunsaturated which are good for the body

Just don't want to have too much fat, because I am having a lot more milk in my diet, and the shake I use is fattening. I don't really mind the calories though.

Diet pills are not so good for your body ! The big majority of them have caffeine on them, and caffeine elevates your heart rate ! so as you have heard before, anything that messes with your heart rate is kind of dangerous. So just to let you know, not to disappoint you. Watch what u take in ! good luck !

Use L-carnitine 1500 mh + some thermogenics...
I've been using Ripped Freak and it's working extremely well. I'm definitely tighter and i've gained 3 pounds! My diet is the same and I don't do cardio (hate it). Ripped Freak gives me energy like nothing else. This stuff is super strong but no crash and I feel real good on it. The intensity of my workouts has shot up drastically which is probably why i've gained muscle and dropped body fat. I've tried everything and this stuff takes the cake.
