Met-RX arsenal training packs

Wanted to get some input on these vitamen packs. I have been taking them for a few weeks and like them so far. My favorite Aspect is the price!! The efa softgel doesn't give me the fishy burps and they seem chocked full of all the stuff I'm looking for. Here is some info from just the first place that pops up, I don't use. This site or am not trying to get anyone to use this site, just for info.
