Default Hello All

Posting here because it says I have to.

I am a sixty-year old male, 300lbs, recently down from 360. Going back to the gym for the umteenth time. It gets old, as I do. Had 25 minutes of cardio today and worked back and biceps from the fat-burning workout.

I am a Christian, born again PCA Presbyterian, God's Frozen People.

1 Timothy 4:8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. (NIV)

Well I wish I could get some value out of it. Used to be in great shape back in the day, but I think I am at the end the road.

How many times a week do you do the 25 minutes of cardio?
How many times do you resistance train?
Are you watching your diet?
