I've tried these before with a barbell but it was very awkward, too much pressure on the pelvis, tried the bands as an alternative. Deadlift lockout has always been a weakness, hoping these will help.

Took last week as a deload as I was on call for work. Probably a good choice I was starting to get taxed mentally, physically I was feeling good. Bench was fast. Went a bit higher reps on the dumbells as that's as heavy as mine go.
