Default What's your favorite exercise?

I'm not necessarily talking about the one's you fear the most because you get the best results, I'm talking about the exercise you always look forward to doing no matter how you feel.

For me, I'd have to say the Push Press or Standing Military Press. Nothing feels better than pushing heavy weight over your head!

Squats. I get great satisfaction from squats. My whole body groans when I've finished them and I stagger out of the gym.
