Default Will you train on Christmas Day?

And if so, what will be your workout?

Let's see, my routine is pretty set right now, so Christmas is Wednesday, which would be back and arms.

I have no problem working out on Christmas or other holidays. That said, I also love family time and have no problem skipping a workout to be with my two boys, wife or extended family.

So it sort becomes an issue of whether I find the time. If, for example, my boys are playing a new video game they got from Santa or a family member, than I could escape to the basement and get in my workout.

How about you Ratcat?

Well. I haven't missed s training since the end of october so I'm wondering how I'll get this one in. What I train depends on what doesn't hurt. Sometimes it can be just forearms and shins.

I was able to train on Christmas, but after that, family came in from Boston and the schedule got hectic. Only trained once between 12/27 and 12/31. But I had a great time with family!
