Squats

Worked up to 80% in my suit, haven't had it on in ages, was really loose. Time to start packing on the pounds! No accessory work tonight as I was late getting started.

I'm a sumo deadlifter and haven't pulled conventional in months. I found it was always too hard on my lower back and had a hard time keeping proper form. Nailed a 50 lbs pr tonight.
