nice job man!! how do you feel walking around @ 205? is it natural..or do you need to "work" at it? Reason I ask, if I want to keep weight..I need to eat TONS just to stay at 205, otherwise I think 198ish is where my body wants to be

Funny, I find the same thing, my body would settle at lower 180's naturally, I have really work to bulk up to 190s or 200.

Yea, I will. The owners are still fixing up the place a bit but we should be putting in our rubber flooring this weekend. Already purchased some equipment and it's on the way.

It is easier than expected. Prior to my meet I was walking around 210-213 so I did a water load/cut to get down to the 205 weight limit. I overshot it and ended at 199 for weigh ins and then pounded every thing after to get back up. I figured once I was back to my normal water and food intake after the meet, I'd be back to that 210-213. But it looks like my body has settled in at 204-206 instead. But I'm slowly trying to up my calories and gain some muscle back up to that 210 area.

So 2 months later, I'm still sitting at ~205 lbs. Trying a small surplus and trying to stay away from processed food has made the bulking attempt very difficult. Plus, I think there are some physiological issues at work as well. If you follow Commander's log, then you've seen the conversation I've had with him and the articles he posted up. So the new goal now is to cut bodyfat down to a healthy level before I attempt a proper bulk. At the beginning of the month I was 206 lbs & 24% bf from a 7 site caliper test. Hoping to compete in the 198s in December and then make my way down to ~190 slowly before I re-assess where I'm at.

That's most of my squat work. Did DB rows and back extensions afterwards.

Just the things I read in the articles you sent about it being easier to put on fat the fatter you get. And harder to put on muscle. And I think my metabolism is pretty slow for my weight. My dad can finish the same Pollo Tropical meal as me when we are working and I get freakin' so stuffed from it. Yet he is like 175 lbs and I'm 205. The cutting bodyfat and pushing the prowler should hopefully help with that.
