*This heatwave has been brutal and it is just the beginning. Managed to hit decent numbers and not die so that is a win/win. All the mobility work is paying off because my groin is feeling better and I am squatting more efficently. I widened my stance a wee bit and it made the weight feel so much lighter.

*Day 3 of feeling sick. However, the beast was unleashed and I smashed 3 squat PRs. I have a uniquie ability to suck real bad one day like yesterday then come back the next day and be awesome. All the mobility work is paying off big time and my hips are feeling pretty good and my squats are looking and feeling better. Dropping the knee wraps and belt on most sets has paid off well as my leg and core strength is showing.
