Big Bear,

Glad to see your back at it and hammering it! Check out Muscle College Radio Episode 3 I believe. I see your doing 30 min on the elliptical for your cardio. A lot of good data surrounding high intensity interval training is far superior for fat loss and getting shredded. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Maybe, but I think he is just trying to promote Muscle College Radio because President Wilson is one of the hosts.

thing are going great, followed 3 weeks of 5,3,1 since my class. I have reset my maxxes after being trained by my teachers and able to "lock in" my form. bw is dropping, getting if not stronger..in better overall condition. i like it
