Yeah cardio workout routine is an ideal one for the natural fat burning.
You should focus on at least one cardio exercise in your daily workout if you want to burn all unnecessary body fat and maintain your fitness level for the longer period of the time.

I believe with a longer period running a 2 to 4 moment relax time is necessary, but a bicycle dash of 10 to 15 a few moments can be retrieved from much simpler than running on a monitor for 10 to 15 a few moments. I believe the fact about the complete duraction of strolling not being more than 120 a few moments.

I recently read something by Lyle McDonald where he recommended performing HIIT for 8-20 minutes (based on your ability to perform HIIT), followed by 20-30 minutes of steady state. The gist of the recommendation was that the HIIT - in addition to the after-burn the HIIT provides - flooded the bloodstream with FFAs immediately after you stopped HIIT. Performing 20-30 minutes of steady state then burned off the ffa in the bloodstream, thus maximizing the fat-burning potential.

As a researcher I am always willing to modify my place in accordance with the newest information. At the time I had written about the average strength aerobic, there was analysis to recommend that average strength aerobic led to higher fat metabolic rate then when done after HIIT training.
