Squat- 50x5 140x5,5 230x3,3 280x2 330x3 370x1,1 410x1,3 (belt/wraps)- 320x3,3,3 (belt) SSQ squat- 155x8 205x8 215x8 SLDL (3 inch deficit)- 140x6 190x6 230x6 280x6 Lunges (per leg alt leg)- 10 11 BB rollout/jj- 130x10/20 150x10/20 170x12/25 *Back was sore from yesterdays work and I could never get my squat going today. I have lost a few lbs and the belt is too loose which I should have tightened and I have skipped squats more than I should have lately. I will get back on track by adding some light practice squat work on other days.

Oh strict bb- 50x10 100x8 100x5 120x5 120x5 120x5 120x5 120x5 BPA- between all sets x 12 Inc bench- 120x10 140x10 160x12 T-bar row- 180x12 190x12 200x12 200x12 205x12 Db hammer- 50x8 50x8 50x12 Facepull- gx12 gx15 *Started out benching but was not feeling it so I switched to light explosive oh pressing. Weight keeps dropping but so does the energy.

DL- 140x5,5 230x4 320x3 370x2 430x2 482x3 (belt) 18 Inch DL- 410x3 430x3 450x3 480x3 Farmers Walks (drop and turn at half)- 205s x 100ft 225s x 100ft 225s x 100ft HLR- 12 12 13+plank-40lb x 60sec Stones- 210x3 210x3.5 (pr) *BW was 208 today. 9.5 out of 10 today. I felt refreshed and ready to destroy things. Deadlifts felt explosive and light. 18 inch deads were easy. Farmers flew. Stones were easy. I can't ask for much more on a calorie deficit.

BW at 204. Weight loss is coming easy and strength is pretty good.

When I got to my two sets of 317 the weight did not feel too heavy but my shoulder bothered me a little so I did not go all out on them. Did some reverse band bench to get more confident with heavier weights.

Everything up to 460 for deadlift flew off the ground. 510x2 was easy. Farmers walks were basically a sprint as they should be with 115 per hand. I am feeling good. Can't wait for the comp.

DE Squat- 100x7 140x5 190x3 240x8x2 Sumo DL (speed)- 230x8x1 250x1 250x2 250x1 Db swing- 65x3x5 Standing ab pd- gx3x15 Plie Squat- bw x 3 x10 BB straight leg gm- 50x10 50x12 *Light and fast today. Sumo DL flew off the floor as it should with baby weight but I need to get into better starting position. Straighter back is needed.
