your lower/inner trapezius muscles are INSANE! very thick! they take up half of your mid-back!!!

Any exercises jump out at you that really hit that inner/lower trap area?

Looking amazing, brother.

Thanks guys. It always fun but the real fun is in the gym. The one answer for back is deadlifts. I also do chins and sometimes bar rows but deads are number 1. Basics!

Yeah, I love DL's... but I feel it in my lats more. Maybe I should pull my shoulder blades back a bit more and target my inner-back.

What I try to get my guys to do is from the pull you are squeezing the bar hard from the thumb and index finger. As you bring it up shift the pull to your pinkies(sp) so that your elbows pull tight to your sides to get more inner back.

Well, after I was done fighting colds and flues for 3 weeks I was ready for a good 3 weeks to finish up my prep for the show. Easter morning I took my son with me to pick up a friend of mine that I've been taking to church for the last 12 years. He's an 85 year old man who used to be homeless but is now in a retirement home off of alcohol and doing well. On the way back from the home in downtown Miami we are on the expressway and a lady loses control and starts to swerve into us. I honk she peels out and T-bones us on the express way at 70mph. Hits my side but I'm able to counter steer and regain control and pull it over(PS3 driving practice!lol) My son was in the back passenger side so he wasn't hit. My car was totaled and have no money for a new one. She had no insurance and my ins gave me 2000 since it was an old car. We are using one car but we both work within 2 miles of the house so its no biggy for now. Thank God we all came out fine.

Thanks guys. Life is what it is. Take what comes and move forward. When I have to walk home from work cause my wife needs the car I just see it as extra cardio. lol
Here's the link for the pics from the show. I'm page 7.

I try to shift as much as i can! Since most of you people are DCers or HIT kind instructors you know how essential getting more powerful is. Here's my holder deads from these days. i got a visitor appearing Apr 25 so I just might use that to springboard into a summer time display. I'm at 255-260 strong. Looking to shift into the extremely heavies at at least 230-235.
