Try this, for every 1/2 cup cottage cheese add 1/2 tsp of vanilla and 1 packet of splenda or add 1/2 scoop chocolate whey, add 1tbsp chocolate instant pudding powder and mix in a blender (add water or milk to make it a little thinner), then add nuts if you like and its great.

Default Cottage Cheese

I was really happy when I found the combination of cottage cheese on tuna, I now also intergrate a can of peaches as well. Everyone who has seen me eat it gets sick to their stomach, but I love it.

Excellent post I have used cottage cheese myself and it's about time somebody told the truth about how well real food works. I am tired of profit mongers telling me that they can create in the lab what nature has provided for us. It doesn't take long to see all the fails they have manufactured. Again great post....Aussie Muscle
