Meal 1: 4 Scrambled Eggs and Dried Fruits

Meal 2: Chicken or Tuna with Rice

Meal 3: Protein Shake

Meal 4: Chicken or Salmon with Oven Baked Veg or Rice

Meal 5: PWO Shake

Meal 6: Chicken, Tuna, Beef with Grilled veg or pasta and sweetcorn

Any Input would be brilliant people, ps would i be better adding this into a journal?

Food selection looks good, however, when cutting there are a few things to keep in mind.

How much were you consuming before?
How much is the decrease in calories when starting the cut diet?

Don't do too extreme of a difference. If you were maintaining before, then 500 calories decrease is fine, if you were bulking then go for closer to 1000.

And your diet won't be static. As you lose weight, you may eventually stall. In that case, you can either add some activity or decrease calories by a small amount, say 250 to attempt to restart fat loss.

Good luck.
