Just a notice for you: you will be surprised how good memory your body has: it will correspond very quickly to the exercise. That because, you was an athlete during your earliest.
Actually is the opposite for people that during their youth were overweighed: they need always to get efforts not to “gain” again their fat. Good luck! |

Well my dear i totally agree with you that women want to have muscle after 60 , it's not a good idea to start workout for it....

The greatest mistake many make is going directly back onto extremely limited diet strategy and excessive workouts, start light, diet strategy sensible start with a few changes at first then every week add a few more, same with training cardio exercise sensible start with 10 moments on a bicycle twice per several weeks some time to develop up some time to sessions several weeks time after several weeks time. this way you won't encounter run down as fast or don't like the diets and encounter you cant do it.
