This way I can force myself to stick to something for 3 months and make progress. I also want to add a forearm/grip exercise at the end of all workouts to build some popeye pipes.

Felt real strong on everything. First time doing Axle DL in forever..actually only tried them once. They are awesome for building grip and getting DL work in without using too heavy weight.

SSQ box squat- 215x8x2 DL- 320x8x1 DB swing- 75x8 80x8 80x10 BB rollout- 125x10 145x10 165x12 *Felt beat up today so I backed off. 12/26/12 Bench (340tm) 3s Strict press (clean 1st)- worked up to 230x3 (pr) Bench- 140x5 190x5 235x3 270x3 305x4 Chest supp row- 120x10 140x10 160x12 Cg bench (fat grips) 160x10 180x10 190x12 BB curl- 75x10 80x10 85x12 Feet elevated pushup- 15 21 Bent over rear delt ss band pullapart- 10x15/mx12 10x16/mx12 (holy rear delt pump) *Managed to screw up my right forearm again doing cleans which never healed from 2.5 weeks ago. Time for ice. Once I stopped messing around the workout got better.
