hi im Noch and have been up and down my whole life with body building in particular weight lifting ok so my biggest problem is i need nutrition help. i went through my phase of weight lifting and cardio training and swimming and all those perfect body structure excersises, but when it came to eating right i didnt know how. I mean yeah i know eat your veggies and protein and equal amounts of each plus carbs. When it came to the balance of when id work out and need more carbs and when i would eat protein at wrong time of the day or too much because i was doing cardio that day and it weighs you down, im clueless about this process. So needless to say i stopped doing anything and now find myself less than in shape, unless round is still a good shape. So all that rambling brings me to the most important question i have is, what balance diet or eating change can i adopt now to get me back on track? any suggestions?
