I am trying out high rep sets. I did my assitance work for 100 rep sets with as little as possible rest between sets 30 secs max. One helluva pump.

I have not had a bad workout in awhile so I happy with that.

I think I strained my right forearm pretty bad and it is worse now (the following day).
