Hi,
i am eating Brown Rice with Curd (yogurt) as breakfast(around 8 AM) and as dinner(around 9 PM). Please tell me whether this effect increasing my body weight. i am not taking anything more as break fast and dinner. Please suggest............. |

There are many other variables.
Your bodyweight will fluctuate daily due to water, sodium and carbohydrate intake. Also it can fluctuate based on stomach contents. Long term, the amount of calories you are burning (via exercise, normal daily activity, etc) versus the amount you are taking in will impact your weight. It is basically impossible to answer your question.

While what Commander says is correct, I will venture a guess and say that if these 2 meals are all you are eating each day, unless you are consuming them in somewhat ridiculous amounts, you are going to lose weight.

Your body weight will go up and down everyday due to water, salt and carbs consumption. Also it can go up and down based on material of the abdomen. Long term, the quantity of calorie consumption you are losing (via exercise, normal everyday activity, etc) in comparison to the quantity you are taking in will effect your weight.
