Jump over bench- 2x2 DL- 140x5 230x3 320x2 370x2 410x1 460x1 510x1 545x0 (did not have it) GM- 230x5 250x5 270x5 SSQ lunge- 65x6 85x6 Db snatch- 55x5 65x5 HLR- 12 12 12 Db side bend- 130x6 140x8 *I thought Deadlifts were going to be strong today but I could not get 545 off the ground. Probably because I have not taken a week off from deads in awhile. I will fix it.

Log felt good and the cleans were easy. Presses could have been stronger especially the singles.

I was suprised I squatted so good only 3 days after my last squat workout. I decided to go back to squats on Mondays because it works better for me.

Log went smooth. I am liking the 3/5/1 with singles version so far.
