When Im good Im good and when im bad **** IM BAD at least as far as updating is concerned. first off for like the past 2&1/2 months NOT A SINGLE MACRO HAS BEEN COUNTED NOT EVEN ONCE and I HAVE Gained a grand total of zero lbs and thats eating how much ever of what the hell ever I want.second I hit a pr in the gym
yesterday as of this 475x2 on squats could have been a tad deeper imo here is my most recent upper body day too. bench press 250x2 245x4 245x4 250x4or 5 dont remember exactly reason: was going to go for a ME attempt but just felt off this day so next time maybe cgbp 185x6 225x6 225x5 225x5 225x4 db row 50x5 50x5 50x5 110x5 110x5 110x5 ohp 95x6 95x6 135xreps 135x5 135x5 135xreps reason:changed form so weight dropped also thinking of upping frequency of this lift too pressdowns 70x5,5,5,5,5 **squats again today awesome day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdePn4W3F2Q

ok so Im going to start updating my various journals right after I get home from the gym.that said TODAY I FLOWED.WHAT IS FLOW?Flow is what makes you happy flow is grind for some(myself) I find comfort in knowing that I am operating at a high level of skill/challenge or what have you.Outwork ,go dere,exit homeostasis.Those are flow actions. but before all of that DEDICATION is a often overlooked flow action
I call it an action because it is a skill in my mind THE MORE OFTEN YOU DO IT THE BETTER YOU BECOME AT IT.Perhaps the reason why I never bit the bullet and got on stage yet is IM SO IN TUNE WITH THE FLOW the grind,the work That the end result is almost irrelevent to me...anyhow onwards 1)I must find a new pre workout (been 1year since I have tried anything) 2)today was a awesome workout/I FLOWED(VIDEO SOON) SQUAT 405X3 425X2 425X1 425X2 425X2 405X9 WANTED 10 BUT 9 DESTROYED ME LOL! today is Hypertrophy legs.I will say before starting DUP I never knew one could squat/bench/dead as much as I do now.dont get wrong its fan as hell just didnt think it was possible

last 2 sessions..1st one was brutal(yet awesome hit 425x7x2 repsxsets)video below and the second one not so much just a crappy bench press workout I did hit a plus rep set of 245x5 or 6 I believe
