Did end up doing some thoracic mobility work with trigger point balls (aka lacrosse balls), some pec stretching, and then a session with my PT for core strength and stability. Felt pretty good overall, aside from generally exhaustion misery.

Getting my *** kicked tonight, I need to ramp up my workouts! So hard to schedule with my..well, schedule, but I'll be taking on some faux-clients in a week and a half on the weekends and I'll work out next to them in part I think.
2000m row. 1x20xBW+25 box squats.

Did circuits on not enough food, and immediately after having eaten a meal bar. Bad violent results. Regardless, good workout.
30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, 2 minutes total. Russian twist (ow my sacrum!) rope waves hammer tire slam sled push.

Finally managed some weekend exercise. 35 mins yoga saturday, 1 hour cycling sunday with a few sprints. Felt good. Need to start getting my RHR back down.
Today is my first session with my classmate Olga, where we will be training each other 2 times a week for a few weeks as if we were new clients. Looking forward to that.

Did not get to start with my faux clients this last weekend due to personal issues they had to deal with, but may get started this next weekend.
Today was my first client exchange training...thing with my classmate where we treat each other like clients. My partner misunderstood my recent re-injury that I am working with so did pretty light work, but it was a good light core and PT session, mostly assessments. Bridge, plank, one leg one arm shoulder press, one arm rows, and a bit more

I haven't updated this in a while, mostly because I get home and am exhausted and have many things to do before retiring for an inadequate amount of sleep before starting another 14 hour day again.
I am a week from finishing the first term, and I am pretty happy so far. There are some complaints for the program, but I think those are/will be addressed much better for the second term. All in all I have learned quite a bit, set of business connections, reserved seminar locations/deals, made some potential partners, and am well on my way to fixing a number of the problems with my body. I hope to update this more later and get going with continuing logs.
