My life's been pretty crazy the past four months; long story short my wife and I split up in September. My training took a hit for awhile, but is getting back on track. Just focusing on being a better dad for my kids and living life a day at a time. As far as training goes I'll be working with Dr. Zourdos in the near future; looking forward to that.

I know these words may sound hollow as they are used so often, but I am truly sorry to hear that. I agree with your focus though. And do your best to be civil with your former wife, as that will be best for your children.

Thanks for your words. I'm going to make a valid attempt to be more active in this community again. Training is picking up getting ready for a wrestling tournament next month. I'll keep everyone posted.
