Plyo pushup- 2x3 Log- 55x12 107x6 147x5 172x3 197x3 217x3 242x1 217x5 Axle press- 110x6 130x6 150x6 160x6 160x6 Hang clean- 140x3 150x3 160x3 170x3 DB row- 130x8 150x6 110x18 DB hammer curl/band pd- 50x10/gx20 55x10/gx20 55x11/gx20 *To put it bluntly Hurricane Sandy f'ed the S out of NJ and NYC. I have never seen anything like it. Entire towns and neighborhoods have been destroyed through flooding, wind damage and fires. Millions of people are without electricity and heat. By the graces of God we managed to avoid serious damage and only lost power for about 9 hours. Houses a block away in one direction flooded and were destroyed. We live a few blocks from a major waterway in the other direction and the boats were wiped out and houses were wrecked. It is amazing gas tanks nearby did not blow up. Some of the power stations got hit and caused huge lightning type bolts. I think alot of people thought oh the storm is only a category 1 so it won't be that bad but it was the worse storm to ever hit here. Let's hope and pray the death toll does not rise.

Out of curiosity why are you trying Mike O'Hearns program?
Your a little advanced for it? Why not something like Smolov or one of Dave Tates programs for one of the big 3? Edit: Not sure where the hell I saw you post about Mike O'Hearn but I could have sworn it was your most recent post.... Now everythings different... I swear Im not crazy guys
