Fish oil isn't necessarily going to help you build muscle at an accelerated pace directly, but indirectly it will help improve the quality of your workouts and more importantly, really enhance your overall health and disease resistance.

Both these are important aspects if you hope to pursue workouts over a longer period of time.

Fish oil not hurt us. It is very beneficial for our health and fitness special for the heart health. It burns the fat and controls the cholesterol level that reduces the risk of the heart stroke. It is also an effective diet for the fat loss and weight control.

Utter pish in my opinion... studies are looking at gram per % bf of omega 3 now as part of weight control..

Real krill oil is pretty much the best of the best, concentrated variants & overpriced krill make it almost a luxury item though
