I dropped my DL training max a bit to get my form and head right. In the spirit of the olympics I added the snatch too. It was so **** humid out today that when I walked out of the shed it was no better. I had to wipe my arms and hands down between every set and my clothes were soaked by the end of this.

I just missed the clean at 260 but the rest went well. I am no olympic weightlifter but I love to lift heavy things over my head. I am definately going to be adding some more. Kinda sad though how I can do more weight on the log than the bb lol.

It was my first time using olympic lifting shoes on the log so that will take some time to get used to.

Farmers Walks are getting stronger every week. Starting off light and building up works well. I am throwing pullups at the end of every workout to grease the groove and build up volume and reps.
