Jump over bench-3x2 Squat- 100x5 160x5 240x3 310x2 355x2 395x4 (belt/wraps) DL- 230x1 320x1 410x1 460x1 505x3 (belt) Hang clean/Farmers Walks/Stepup/Woodchopper/Jump on bench- 140x5/115sx70ft/10/25x10/10 140x5/115sx70ft/10/25x10/10 140x6/115sx100ft/11/25x11/11 *Good hard workout. I was dripping sweat and felt strong. I had to move the DL up because I will not be lifting Friday. The circuits I have recently added come from the 5/3/1 crossfit section of volume 2 and I am enjoying them and feel the fat being torched off.

Pretty good but tweaked my lower back on the log 227x2 set and did not have enough for 277 but still hit 2 3 rep prs.

Well my max on that lift is 650 so 610 was nothing special. When I can deadlift 610 from the floor then I might consider myself strong.
