Hi,
I Heard so many talks regarding using weights in weight training. Please tell me what is the difference in increasing /using heavy weights or using only low/ constant weights in workout repetitions. I am confused which one will effective. I want have a medium body shape with ripped muscle My weight is 74.8 KG/ 166 lbs i want to cut it to 69 KG Please help me what to do |

Heavy weights will help increase strength and neuromuscular efficiency.
Lower weights (done for more reps) will help create muscle hypertrophy. Both are necessary to achieve the phsyique you are after. However, if you are looking to lose weight, you will need to watch your diet and eliminate junk and some starches.

I agree; I've experience my best results when including power and hypertrophy days in my split.
