Hi Frineds,
I am a software employee by profession from south india. I have been doing gym for the last 3 months. I have been following diet as below morning - 8 AM - 2/3 bananas + whey protein shake morning - 11 AM- South Indian Break fast Afternoon - 1 or 2 PM - southe indian Meal includes white rice and curries Evening - 4 PM - Any snack item like fruits night - 9 or 10 PM- 2 Bananas and whey protein Please suggest me whether this diet is good to get good shape and loose weight. Otherwise guys please give me good diet recepi that i can followup as a software working Employee Currently of 74.8 KG. I didn't noticed any change in my weight. I do gym for 45 to 1 hr every morning(that is only my comfortable time). Please Friends help to get good musuler body. I want to cut down my weight to 69 KG. Give me ur suggestions to achieve my goals with in 1 or 2 years .............. Srihari |
