475x1, 5 sets SS w/ DB Overhead Press: 55x5, 5 sets Ciruit (3 rounds): RDL:205x8 BB Row: 155x10, 165x8, 175x6 DB Swing: 50sx10 each arm (like a one handed kettlebell move)

got a quick workout in today...not what I wanted/planned to do..but it works!
18 short uphill sprints in my back yard (about 20 yards)...with a 25lb plate used for various exercises at the top and bottom of hill. -mynew approach to working out..what I can do, when I can do it! Prob. wont lift weights again until Monday, I will be unpacking a moving truck and moving into my new house tomorrow/this weekend..should be enough work! at least i got some of each movement in. I may get another circuit type workout in, as my tire will be offloaded from the truck too!!!!

With this approach, you will be so far ahead of the rest. Believe me, I wasted years (about 2001 to 2008) when I could have at least maintained a decent physique because I didn't have time to spend 60 minutes in the gym...so instead I did nothing. Looking back, I realize how stupid I was. Now a days, I can give myself a great stimulus in 10 to 15 minutes with barbells or just bodyweight, totally different mentality.

I've been working out like the past few posts with explosive and heavy days..just haven't had time to log it. Been super busy as of late. Today I dis 4 x 1/4 mile sprint's with pushups and pullips after each interval...great 20 min workoutw

Well....I was technically on a 1/3 mile track doing my intervals at 1:30...not sure how it converts to 1/4 miles ...lol

So I'm away at school...sorry for lack of updates!! I will be traveling home on weekends to see family so Fri thru Sunday are off limits to workout...I was confused how to proceed..so after much thought I am. Just going to keep it simple and do what I was doing. I will just have to rotate my 3 workouts Mon Tues and prob Thursday depending how I feel. I will be doing army pt in morning.gs so extra running on my part may not be necessary unless I feel the workout was too lax...which is bound to happen. I am seeing great results with explosive work with heavy work mixed in...even shed a few lbs so its on!!!.

I do!!! I usually get to the gym seeing crosseyed after a long day, this straightens me out!!! Lol...you are right I was stressing too much about it!!! Haha. I think I am an exercise bulemic....lol meaning I just need to workout or I feel cheated. Haha
