I added the Dumbbell Turkish Get-up to my routine and it was really challenging.

what body part does it really hit?
along the lines you can find many such ancient (more so indian origin) exercises ... very unorthodox...and quite humbling in terms of weights lifted but are they really any good? i mean what really is the point in lifting weight (heavy/light) in awkward patterns or ways? |

I was actually thinking that could potentially be the only good use for it. edit: maybe promote GH creation?
