I've taken to adding matcha to my morning and PWO shakes and thought I'd mention it given that at least a good amount of you guys use green tea pills and this may be a cheaper way of doing that. Great anti-oxidants and a bit of caffeine, overall metabolism boosting effects, and personally I'm starting to really enjoy green juices and ingredients in my shakes.

The cheaper way to get your green tea is to brew it.

Which I do, but nothing wrong with adding some matcha to my shake as well. I enjoy drinking matcha tea anyway, and some sencha and other forms I import as well.
