Default What do you use for occlusion straps?

Its been a couple years since I did occlusion training, but now that I only have my home weights and a light weight apartment gym I need to get back to it to achieve something. Last time I used physical therapy weight bands to occlude but they weren't easy to use, nor comfortable. What do you guys use to tie off?

I use my knee wraps; they work really well.

Same thing powerlifters wrap their knees with when they squat heavy. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/knee.html

Ahh, Danke. Though since you link that, I imagine I could probably just use my hand wraps if I really wanted to.

If they're long enough; I've heard of some people using some pretty creative things to occlude a muscle.

The ones I have are the size above 106" so if anything they'll be annoyingly long, but aye.
