I've been apart of this forum for so long and have taken a break from posting, but not from working out. Here's a pic showing my progress on the last 2-3yrs, with different goals throughout the time period. I've actually gone away from bulking up/lifting heavy (since my herniated back injury) to more cardio endurance. I am more athletic than ever. I took advantage of this week to do a greased up photoshoot with decent lighting, as I'm a couple days away from a 12hr adventure race and am light weight. (body fat percentages below are based on 9pt caliper pinch tests)

Looking good! Keep up the good work.
I love the illusion of bodybuilding, your front double bicep is much more impressive at 145 pounds as compared to the 155 pound pictures.

consistency is the key when building up the body, i have had a few weeks off of training now, and boom, all my muscle mass has evaporated, when i get back to training it will take quite a while to get back to where i was.
seem to lose it quite quick when taking lay offs. |

you can see this guy in the pictures at the top has been consistant and maintained his mass while shaping it and toning it up.
only way it seems to work with bodybuilding is week in and week out training. |
