Comical motivational
Every once in a while a lifter I follow on FB posts up something like this, reminds me of the "SQUAT-Because somewhere a girl is warming up with your max" and it's always worth sharing for both its motivational appeal and it's comic effect.
Might as well toss down two others of her I've bothered to save.
