Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and I would like to just say, "Hi!" I just turned 50 this year and started working out again. When I was younger I played football, basketball and baseball in high school. I have been working out on and off since then. After my divorce about ten years ago, I gained close to 200 pounds. Since gaining the weight, I became diabetic about 3 years ago, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. About three weeks ago, I decided to get off my "FAT" butt and get back into the gym. My starting weight was 364 pounds and having weighed in two days ago, I am now down to 346 pounds. I still have a lot MORE to go, but I know its going to be a slow process. |
