That's definately me. I have to get out and do something or I won't do anything productive with my day. Going to the gym makes me feel good and kind of wakes me up and gets me motivated. That's why I train!

Physically speaking, I'm fine. I do feel as though I'm not quite awake for my entire morning though since I've done nothing to get it going. Also, I feel like I've accomplished nothing.

This depends upon the day for me. Sometimes I do, but not always. When I do feel poorly, I feel like sludge.

I have a few reasons. Working out pulled me out of a pretty bad depression when I was younger. So that stigma of helping me through hard times will always be there. Second, it makes me happy. My day is way better if I hit the gym shortly after waking up. I feel lost if I don't go. And lastly, I've made a pledge to myself that I will work out until the day I die. I may miss a day here and there, but I will have my split and continue to do it until I am completely unable.

When I first started working out in high school I did it because I was really skinny (only 130lbs at 5'10) and wanted to be a big muscular bad *** haha and I wanted to impress the ladies . I have gone through spurts over the years where I was severely lacking in motivation and would only go to the gym out of habit and just go through the movements. However, now my motivation is for self-improvement, wanting to be healthy and an example for my supplement company. It's funny how motivation can change over the years.
