a women who deadlifts? whoa... (not sarcasm lol) i love to see women actually training heavy its a good thing, squats deadlift..........funny enough i saw what i thought was just a 'pretty pink girl' and she did weighted dips very impressed (my fault for judging book by cover)

i approved lol after workout i asked her what her goals are and she said 'to tone up' i thought he we go..... but then she said ' but im a girl and to show any muscle and tighten up light weights wont do jack, its heavy or not bother'

This post is old, but I'm still commenting..I'm a female..I don't know about being a super bodybuilder look, but I definitely want to have an 8 pack, with very toned muscles all over..I'm making that a goal in 4 months even with a crazy schedule..I'm excited!! Now they said to work large muscles then small..and you can't work out legs every workout..How often should I do legs and how many different workouts per muscle can I do? Sorry I'm very new to this..I'd love to hear from you experts! Thanks in advance!!
