Friday Workout 2/3/12
Squat 4 sets of 4 @ 360 1 set of 6 @ 360 (max reps set) Goodmornings 225x3x3 Messed around with some hip thrusters with 135 and 225 afterwards. Don't have a pad or anything so 225 hurts more than it is hard. Also foam rolled a bit at the end. Felt pretty good yesterday and today. Might have to do it more often.

Monday Workout 2/6/12
Squat 3 sets of 8 @ 330 Bench 250x1 (missed 2) 225x3 CG Bench 230x2 (didn't attempt 3rd) RDLs 3 sets of 8 @ 235 Finally stalled on bench on my 6th week. Most likely doing a light bench day on Thursday then maxing out bench on Saturday.

Squat 4 sets of 5 @ 350 Deadlift 5 sets of 1 @ 355 Not a particularly good day but it kind of made sense since I barely ate before lifting. Supposed to be 4 sets of 4-6 so I was hoping to get 6s but I'll take 5s.
