Just thought I should share a dumbell curl routine I performed during my last arm workout. It was a light day and I decided to to dumbell curls starting with a reverse grip, then palms up, and last a hammer grip. Basically you perform all three grips non stop with no rest until you finish with the hammer grip. And the rest period was only 30 seconds.
Dumbell Curls 40lbs Reverse grip x 9, then 40lbs palms up x 8, then 40lbs hammer grip x 7 rest 30 secs 50lbs Reverse grip x 8, then 50lbs palms up x 7, then 50lbs hammer grip x 7 I almost came to tears because of the intense pain and my arm blew up like balloons with roads maps on them...

I saw CT at T-Nation mention those, he call them mechanical drop sets due to a drop set of sorts not in weight, but in body position that makes you stronger, i.e. hammer position stronger than normal which is stronger than reverse curl.
Looks painful in a fun way. Thanks for sharing.
