Here is my problem, I work ten hours a day doing construction. I wake up at six, drink my water, eat breakfast, and take in my macronutrients. Now from what I understand after reading the diet program; it is wise to work out sometime after breakfast, followed by a post workout meal.
If I ate my first three meals throughout my work scehdual (7am- 5:30pm) workout around 5:45, then finished my last two to three meals of protien's and fibrous greens, would that be ok? Or what are the differences between working out after breakfast and working out in the early evening? Any advice would be great! Thanks |

your plan will work..I workout first thing in the morning, but find after being up all day, I can generally have a better workout at night. i would rather spend time w/ my family after work though, so working out while they sleep in the mornings is preferred.

I find that my body can adapt quickly to either schedule, the perk of working out early is the gym is a lot less crowded which allows you to workout with minimal obstacles.

Yeah, ok cool guys thanks! Makes sense that my body can easily adapt, also after being awake all day my muscles are warmed up to begin a good workout.
Perfect! |

Hey, I workout after I get off work. No problem here. Im the same as you get 3 meals in during work have another before the gym and two more before bed. Works out perfectly. So no need to workout in the morning, unless like bigbear said you want to spend time with family, etc.

Whatever time you feel the most motivated to train is best. I have worked out at 5am after eating only whey and gatorade, 1am, 3am, 5pm and just about every other hour. The good thing about working out before work is you feel more engergized at work. The bad thing is you have less food in you.
